LIGA ZAKON – is a product IT company that develops a wide range of information and analytical software for businesses and government, for professionals of all levels – from lawyers and accounters to team leads and CEOs. LIGA has passed a long path from the first law database of an emerging economy country to a holding with 14 IT products that help people work with information.
Such transformation needed a new brand positioning. Moreover, it was the best time for the changes as the company prepared for its 30 anniversary.
It is critical to understand the industry, at least on the clients’ level, but we decided to go further. The work started with deep analyses of the world trends in IT and information innovations in general. We need to be clear on where the industry would be in 10, 20, and 50 years, find out the directions of changes today, and how businesses make up their priority points.
It was necessary to explore also how local and international companies define their roles in a global economy and the directions they chose to expand, hear what they were talking about and see what they exhibited. Industry leaders may show the way. Or they may not. But we saw it necessary to determine the place in space.
The trick is not to show the client company its present but the bright future of what it could be. Thinking of brand positioning, you must absorb all the strong and beautiful features of the company to make owners and every employee proud of what they are doing.
You show the company's image in the future is worth meeting that future and fighting for it. It causes a sparkle in the eyes and empowers you to do your best with pleasure and excitement.
The changes are scary and risky, especially when you have to make decisions as a company owner. Enspire and lighten up, dig out something worth believing, implement and cope with uncertainties. Nobody knows what is right or wrong, but you can help any business by showing the path as a provider of informational services.
