Strategy
Welcome to the miniature world of Ukraine!
Miniland is a Ukrainian handmade exposition, where miniatures show historical and modern locations and cultural values significant for Ukraine. All parts of the exhibition are united by an interactive railway.
Intro

the challenge

The world is full of different places that offer us entertainment and compete for our free time: cinemas, cafes, shopping centers, Netflix, PS Games, and more. We want to receive good emotions and new impressions. And we are ready to pay for it!
So what are your impressions of visiting Miniland? This is what we have to tell and show you!
Brief

the brief

This project is much more than you can imagine. It is about rethinking Ukraine, its cultural and natural heritage, modern approaches, and achievements. Each miniature tree, building, each train car carries the social and cultural mission. For every team participant, it was critically important that Miniland become not just an exhibition but a real-live exposition, which is constantly updated. As a result, Ukrainian traditions on the exhibition layout combine with modern technologies.

It all started with a visit to the place where Miniland was created. A large hall, where each team member makes miniatures at their own table. The smell of wood, paint, and outstanding labor was in the air. We realized that everyone was very creative, fun, and ready for new ideas during the conversation with the members. Say no more! It is all about Okay Monday too!
As we watched the little train go around the miniature fields and bridges of Ukraine, we put ourselves in the visitors' shoes. What would we like to see now? What to feel? Would we want to try driving a train or just to watch it? Or maybe we would like to know what kind of castle we see, where this picturesque hill is located. What would we like to read about it? Or to hear? Or both? Lots of questions, but more ideas!
We have divided our target audience into categories, which will be primarily interested in the exhibition's opening. We thought about how each visitor will interact with the exhibition layout and what collaborations can help to make our brand more substantial and more popular.
In addition, we identified the main communication channels and came up with non-standard placements for advertising. The primary emotion that we must evoke in people is a surprise — followed by interest to visit Miniland.

Also, we figured out how the exhibition can help other brands interact with visitors. And most importantly, we figured out how to create an emotional connection between Miniland and people in social media.

the Result

Imagine what will happen if you give life to each character in Miniland! And each of them will have his voice to tell stories about our country.

This project will be an example of real but miniature Ukrainian life with holidays, traditions, trips to famous places, cafes, and cinemas. Thousands of stories, each of which will be able to surprise, cause a laugh, make you think about vital things. And in the end, you will think about one thing – what a great country we live in!
A WORD FROM
OKAY MONDAY TEAM
While we give the Russian army time to get out of our land, Miniland continues to work and prepares to provide all Ukrainians and guests of our country a big gift after the war – the exhibition where we can once again see how beautiful Ukraine is. And we are more than proud to be a part of this project! We are waiting so hard for this moment.
